I graduated from the Faculty of Letters, Babeș-Bolyai University, with a BA in Comparative Literature and English Language and Literature. During my undergraduate studies I developed an interest in geocriticism, the study of the imaginary, anthropology, postcolonialism and also how culture is essentially represented across time, place and all forms of media. This British Cultural Studies MA programme is, I think, the next step, logically speaking, in my academic journey as it perfectly expands upon the foundation I built during my BA years.
